This year's first Michelin restaurant in Chiang Mai, Ekachan, I came here at 5:30 yesterday to eat, but was told that I couldn't eat without a reservation, so I made a reservation on the spot for lunch the next day.
There is a reason why the business is so hot. I ordered yellow curry shrimp, beef salad, fried chicken wings, Tom Yum soup, crab fried rice, coconut ice cream, mango passion fruit and mango pineapple smoothie. The seasoning and production are excellent. It's really delicious and it's well deserved to be Michelin.
