Propaganda Restaurant, the dry mixed noodles are very suitable for my taste

This is my favorite restaurant during my visit to Ho Chi Minh. It has a bistro feel and is very comfortable. The price is also very cheap. The pho and dry noodles are very suitable for my taste. The portions are also very large! It is much better than the number one Vietnamese restaurant I ate later! Recommended.
