Restaurant Page, Restaurant with Michelin stars for six consecutive years, is so delicious

Restaurant Page in Taipei. A relaxed fusion cuisine experience, with interesting Taiwanese elements in the dishes, and Michelin recognition for 6 consecutive years (2018~2023). Outsiders don't know whether such performance is amazing. But the dining experience is excellent, and the recognition for six consecutive years is definitely not a superficial sign.

There are many memorable points in the food. The lobster cream noodles on the blackboard dish that day, we who have never had a feeling for noodles, were all amazed. The noodles are chewy and dense at the same time, absorbing the soup without being sticky, and the wonderful sweetness of starch in the mouth is very full. Garlic and spicy shrimps and fried mussels with seafood are both bread killers. If the bread was not crispy and hard, I would have stuffed the whole thing in to soak up the sauce.

The final dessert was also amazing. Churros and peanut ice cream are a perfect match, and the puffs filled with Earl Grey tea are also worth savoring. I ordered two in one go and couldn't eat enough. I should have tried all the desserts.

The deliciousness of Page Restaurant is delicious without any nitpicking. Guests don't need to spend a lot of time to taste it, they will naturally be hit by the deliciousness. You can order all of the following dishes without thinking, they are really delicious. It is definitely worth a visit. It is recommended to dine with four people. Because you will want to try every dish, you definitely need more mouths to help you share.
