Osaka Morita Wagyu Sukiyaki Restaurant, 100 years of history, delicious sea urchin and beef

The Morita 100-year-old wagyu sukiyaki here is really great. The quality of the meat is really amazing, and it is cut very thick. It is much higher than the same price I ate in Tokyo. The four of us ordered two of the most expensive 12,100 yen sets and two 9,350 yen special sets. The difference is that there is an extra wagyu sea urchin sushi and wagyu soup, and the meat is the same. It is enough for girls to order specials.

There will be an aunt to help cook the whole process. First, use butter to lubricate the pan, then add sugar and soy sauce. The cooked wagyu has a strong salty and sweet taste, covered with raw egg liquid, and it is super satisfying with rice. The second piece of meat can let her add less sugar, so it is not so greasy. Finally, the vegetables cooked with sauce are also delicious. The aunt also told us that rice is free, but I really can't eat it. The portion is really big!
