Manila's Michelin one-star restaurant: Tiong Bahru, it has been a Michelin star for many years, and the price-performance ratio is still good. My personal favorite is the Michelin-winning Hainanese chicken rice, which is boiled chicken with cucumber, and the main feature is refreshing.
The fried vegetables are served with sweet and sour sauce, and the vegetables will ask whether they need spicy or not. Curry chicken noodles and fried bean curd are the essence. The fried vegetables were not amazing, but the vegetables were different this time. It was the first time to eat fried bean sprouts and it felt good.
