Nhà Tú - Việt Nam and Ănăn Saigon restaurants, Michelin food reviews in Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Vietnam

The first one: Nhà Tú - Việt Nam Restaurant (Pictures 1-5)
Hotpot Crab Roe Hotpot + Beef + Oysters. Chicken Leg is clearly chicken feet, but the menu says chicken feet. I think it tastes better if it is chilled. The chicken wings and grilled shrimp are really delicious. The dishes are cleaned up as soon as they are served. I prefer Vietnamese shrimps to Thai shrimps. They are very tender and fresh. They all feel great. The environment is also good. There is a seat on the walkin. I am quite lucky. I will come here to taste the food next time I Travel to Vietnam.

The second Ănăn Saigon restaurant (Pictures 6-8)
We had some snacks in the hotel lounge before going. We were not particularly hungry. We only ordered one appetizer and two main dishes for two people. FOIE GRAS SPRING ROLL Foie gras spring rolls with grilled mangoes are delicious! BONE MARROW PHỞ Beef bone marrow pho with black truffle oil. Beef includes wagyu, tongue and tenderloin. ROAST DUCK STREET-STYLE PIZZA Duck street pizza must be eaten while hot and crispy. Note that you have to go to the 4th floor to eat Pho. The menu on the lower floors does not include Pho.

Next time if I come to Ho Chi Minh, I will consider eating chief’s tasting menu (you can refer to the last two menus. The other one is a set meal for eating various Pho. I didn’t take a picture because I didn’t plan to eat it). The menu will be updated according to the season. The waitress suggested that you must make a reservation 1-2 weeks in advance. This restaurant is booked at 4 pm and the seat is reserved for 9 pm. If it exceeds 15 minutes, the reservation will be cancelled. The South African couple at the next table came to walkin on the first day and there was no seat. He made an appointment to come again the next night. It is recommended to make a reservation in advance.
